OUR STANDARD SOLID & PLYWOOD CONSTRUCTION
Strong 3/4” Solid Wood Face Frames Built with Pocket Screw Construction -- Much stronger than wood fasteners including dowels, tenons, biscuits, etc. Real wood is standard but edgebanded melamine is available as well as MDF for painted/solid finishes.
All pieces are assembled on a bench by hand and feature furniture grade dado construction. The are secured with wood glue and screws and nails. All Back Panels are rabbeted and inset. Fine quality furniture construction to ensure many years of enjoyment.
Solid Wood Crown Mouldings and Base Mouldings are a standard not an upgrade -- we do offer MDF mouldings for white and other painted/opaque lacquer finishes.
3/4” Adjustable Veneer Plywood Shelves with 3/4” Thick Solid Wood Edging (not Edgebanded - Nailed and Glued).
We also can use 1-1/2” thick Solid Wood Edging for all wide adjustable shelves.
All shelving is adjustable unless a structural fixed shelf.
